A full careers-index redesign plus tablet and mobile. Every element bound to the design system, with no raw hex and no invented values.

Before · the current careers page: dark, navy, archived components. Pulled from the project file's own reference capture.

After · v3, pulled from the live Figma build: MegaHero, light values grid, DS openings, world-map locations.
The careers index needed a refresh. The previous version leaned dark and navy and pulled from archived components. The brief: a lighter, modern rebuild that is fully native to the design system, top to bottom.
Ren built the v3 index plus a 768 tablet and a 375 mobile layout, all custom auto-layout bound to Muze Core variables with zero hex. The page runs MegaHero, a mission block, a light values grid, life-at story cards, benefits, the openings module, a world-map locations section, a closing CTA, and the footer.
The values manifesto was navy and too wide. It was reworked onto a neutral surface as five compact white tiles, each a red number plus the value word plus its meaning. Approved over the darker, heavier original.
The dark stock "job openings" component was replaced with a custom light module: filter chips, department groups with count chips, and white role cards with a red "View role" link. One hundred percent design-system-bound, no floating raw text.
A world-map section with pins for the seven real offices, an enriched hover tooltip that lists roles and links to "see all roles" in that city, and country pills using the real flag assets.
Sentence case throughout. The awards section was left out on purpose because there were no verified figures to show. Job listings sit as placeholders until the ATS feed lands. Restraint where the data isn't real yet.
Direction approved and actively iterating; the 1024 breakpoint and the hero image asset are the open items. No conversion numbers to claim yet. The measure here is craft and system-compliance: every value bound, every surface DS-native, ready for design and engineering review.
